Instructions

    Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat with a light coat of oil. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add the stir fry vegetables and lima beans. Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
