1. Lightly salt the chicken and place in a vacuum seal bag or use the water displacement method to remove air from the bag. Place in a 155 degree water bath for 1 to 2 hours. <br>

2. Add the dried beans and various ingredient to a slow cooker on high for 4 to 6 hours. Check the doneness of the beans occasionally throughout the cook until they are the desired doneness. Add more liquid if necessary.<br>

3. Chop the chicken into 1/4" pieces.<br>

4. Mix the beans and chicken together.<br>

5. Garnish with diced onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.<br>
