    1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until they become soft and flexible.

    2. Combine the daikon strips, gailon (or bok choy) strips, Chinese cabbage strips, and strawberry strips in a bowl.

    3. Lay a softened wrapper flat on a work surface. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.

    4. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly around the filling.
