3. Add the fresh herbs, reserving a portion for garnish. Pour in 1/4 cup water and allow the mixture to simmer until the liquid is fully absorbed, about 5 minutes.

4. Transfer the rice mixture to a serving platter and arrange the shredded chicken over the top. Top with the reserved herbs and serve alongside yogurt with cucumber and a large salad.
