2. Whisk poultry seasoning into milk.

3. Combine cornflake crumbs with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and ginger in a plastic bag.

4. Pour milk into a bowl.

5. Rinse chicken and pat dry.

6. Dip each chicken piece in milk, then shake off excess.

7. Place chicken in the bag with crumb mixture and shake to coat completely. Remove from bag.

8. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

9. Remove from refrigerator and sprinkle a pinch of paprika on each piece.

10. Brush a baking sheet with vegetable oil and arrange chicken in a single layer.

11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

12. Uncover and bake 30-40 minutes more until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. (Drumsticks may cook faster than breasts.)
