Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce, canned190g0.75 × cup
  • Cheese, cottage, lowfat, 2% milkfat225g

    1. Cut each English muffin in half.

    2. Arrange the halves on a baking sheet and bake in a 425°F oven for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

    3. Remove from the oven. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each muffin half, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
