Ingredients

- Tomato sauce, canned190g≈ 0.75 × cup
- Cheese, cottage, lowfat, 2% milkfat225g

1. Cut each English muffin in half.

2. Arrange the halves on a baking sheet and bake in a 425°F oven for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

3. Remove from the oven. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each muffin half, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.

4. Top with your choice of vegetables and fruits: broccoli, red onion, bell pepper, spinach, pineapple, mushrooms, and olives.

5. Return the baking sheet to the 425°F oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
