1. Rinse your berries and chop them into bite-sized pieces. If using banana or peaches, slice them into chunks.

2. In a bowl, stir together the unsweetened yogurt with the fruit jam or honey until well combined.

3. Assemble four parfait servings. In each glass or bowl, start with ¼ cup of the prepared fruit. Add ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture on top. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola or oat cereal. Repeat the layering with ¼ cup fruit, ¼ cup yogurt mixture, and 2 tablespoons cereal.
