Instructions

    1. Cook the whole-wheat pasta according to the package instructions.

    2. While the pasta cooks, combine the spaghetti sauce, drained tuna, diced olives, and dried basil or oregano in a small pot, rice cooker, or microwave-safe container.

    3. Heat the mixture to combine the flavors. If using a pot, heat for about 5 minutes. If using a rice cooker, run one cycle. If using a microwave, cover and heat for 2 minutes, stir, cover again, and heat for another minute. Break apart the tuna with a fork as it heats if needed.
