4. Season with salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.

6. Cook on HIGH for 5 hours until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and is tender. Alternatively, cook on HIGH for 1 hour, reduce to LOW, and cook for 7 hours until the beef is fork-tender and reaches 145°F internally.
