1. Heat your oven to 400°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and coat it lightly with nonstick spray.

2. Set the fish fillets on the prepared sheet. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Bake until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes (internal temperature should reach 145°F).

4. While the fish bakes, make the sauce: In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and onion.

5. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until they're soft and pliable.

6. Divide the cooked fish among the tortillas. Top each with shredded cabbage, corn, and a spoonful of the yogurt sauce.
