    2. Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, sesame or flax seeds, slivered almonds or chopped walnuts or chopped pecans, and shredded coconut in a bowl.

    3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.

    4. Bake for 30 minutes until fragrant and golden.

    5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
