Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas and black beans.

Finely dice the red onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, and bell peppers. Mince the garlic. Chop the cilantro.

Combine the black-eyed peas, black beans, red onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, garlic, and cilantro in a large bowl.

Add the avocado oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, and nutritional yeast. Toss until evenly coated.
