3. Spread the chopped walnuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12–15 minutes, stirring a few times during baking until they turn golden and fragrant.

4. Let the walnuts cool slightly, then add them to a large bowl along with the diced apples, diced celery, and raisins.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the non-fat yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
