    1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

    2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 12 minutes.

    3. Remove from heat and drain the water.

    4. Cool eggs under cold running water, then crack and peel away the shells.

    5. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.

    6. Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small zipper-lock bag and seal.

    7. Snip a small corner off the bottom of the bag to create a piping opening.

    8. Pipe the mixture into each egg white half and serve.
