1. Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar in a large bowl.

2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the liquid.
