Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No lock-in, no penalties.
What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?
Your recipes are never deleted. On the free plan you can still view all of them, but you can only edit or add new ones up to the 5-recipe limit.
Where does the nutrition data come from?
All nutrition info is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database — the same data used by hospitals and dietitians. We calculate per-serving values from ingredient weights in grams.
What are AI batch meal prep plans?
When you build a weekly meal plan, you can generate a consolidated cooking guide that groups prep tasks, overlaps passive cooking time, and tells you exactly what to do and when. It turns a week of meals into one or two efficient prep sessions.
Do I need the browser extension?
No — you can add recipes manually. But the extension lets you clip any recipe from the web in one click, which is much faster.
