Welcome I’m Danny. Thanks for joining me as I share How I Eat Healthy!

In the first 16 weeks I committed to this new lifestyle, I lost 32.8 pounds (17.3% of my body weight) and 27.3 inches from my neck, biceps, chest, waist, hips and thighs. I feel absolutely incredible physically, my self-esteem is higher than I can remember, and my mental health is better too! I’m actually 10 pounds lighter at the age of 43 than when I graduated high school at 17!

An unexpected bonus of this healthy lifestyle is the amount of money I save! My average cost per meal has been $2.00 or about $40 per week. I estimate I will save between $2,300 and $4,600 a year on groceries eating healthy. My long term health costs are bound to be lower too. One study estimated the direct medical costs related to obesity at $2,505 per year. That is about $6,000 a year I’m saving as a single man. A family of four could save between $4,750 and $11,500 just on groceries.

I love tasty food and in my opinion all the food I prepare is yummy! I plan six days of healthy meals each week. Planning my menu is the real key to eating healthy. The tools I provide make it simple to understand total daily nutrition, budget and create grocery lists, track progress, and do it all quickly. The extra day is my cheat day and I eat whatever I feel like. Cookies, blocks of cheese, chocolate gravy, whatever I want is fair game! I usually buy some junk food at the grocery store, but I also don’t feel bad if I splurge on a meal out since I’m saving so much money anyway.

I Eat With Love first. Love for myself, Love for people I cook for, and Love for all humans. Everyone should have the right to eat healthy and eat well. My passion is to share the details, tools, and methods I use so every person can easily choose to save money, save time, lose weight, feel great, eat well, be healthier, and have more Love in their lives!

Eat With Love!
