Thanks for joining me on my quest to eat healthy! This is the first week I will share how I eat healthy and show you how you can too. The most important way I eat healthy is to Eat With Love! I, like many others have neglected my health and haven’t shown my own body the love and care I deserve. I believe that if I show myself love then I can better show love to the people I care for the most and the amount of love in my life will continue to grow. I don’t know anyone who can’t use more love and I want to share how I eat healthy and how my lifestyle brings more love to my life.

How I eat healthy is pretty straight forward but requires planning. For many years I went to the grocery store with only a general idea of what I wanted to eat. I often wandered the aisles until something caught my eye. A lot of the time the foods I bought were firstly convenient, secondly tasty, and occasionally the nutritional value would be considered a distant third. When I checked out I had a lot of processed high fat and sugar groceries that were expensive and unhealthy.

I literally got fat, sick, and tired of eating this way. I had an inspiration spurred by love for myself and others that led me to this journey. I realized that planning healthy meals and shopping for groceries was more of a chore than actually cooking for me.
